Policies

We want your CSA experience with Pasture & Plow to be smooth, transparent, and fair. Please review our policies before joining.


Refunds & Cancellations

  • CSA memberships are a season-long commitment. Because we plan, plant, and harvest based on membership numbers, we cannot offer full refunds once the season begins.

  • If you move or experience an emergency, please contact us—we’ll do our best to work out a fair solution.


Skipping Weeks

  • Members may skip a week with 48 hours’ notice before delivery/pickup.

  • Options:

    • Credit toward a future box

    • Donate your box to a local family in need

    • Double up the following week


Delivery & Pickup

  • Pickup: Free at designated community locations.

  • Delivery: $8 flat fee within the OKC metro.

  • Missed pickups/deliveries are non-refundable, but we’ll help you find the best solution.


Product Substitutions

  • CSA boxes are seasonal and farmer’s choice. We cannot guarantee specific items each week.

  • If an item is damaged or missing, let us know—we’ll replace it the next week or add credit to your account.


Chicken Packages

  • Included butchering is free for member chicken packages.

  • Additional chickens can be purchased at a discounted member price, with reduced butchering fees.

  • We cannot accept returns on meat products once delivered (food safety regulations).


Food Safety

  • Produce is washed in the field, but we recommend rinsing again at home.

  • For chicken deliveries, please refrigerate or freeze promptly. If you’re not home, leave a cooler with ice packs to keep items safe.


Privacy

We respect your privacy. Member info is used only to manage your CSA and will never be sold or shared.
