Welcome to Pasture&Plow! By joining our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair and transparent relationship between our farm and our members.
1. Membership Commitment

By purchasing a CSA share, you are committing to the full season (30 weeks).

Memberships are non-refundable once the season begins.

Shares are intended to support our farm’s planning, planting, and harvest — your payment helps us grow food for you and the community.
2. What’s Included

Each weekly box includes a rotating selection of seasonal vegetables, herbs, and farm products, plus fresh cuts of pasture-raised chicken.

Members may add extra produce or chicken at a reduced member rate (subject to availability).

Chicken shares include free butchering on the included package and discounted butchering for additional chickens purchased.
3. Pickup & Delivery

Free community pickup will be available at designated locations in the OKC metro area (announced before the season begins).

Home delivery is available within our service area for a flat fee of $8 per week.

Members are responsible for picking up boxes on time. Unclaimed boxes will not be refunded but may be donated to a local family or food pantry.
4. Scheduling & Skips

If you cannot receive your share for a week, notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Double up the following week

Donate your box to a local family in need

Receive farm credit for future add-ons

5. Farm Variability

The CSA model is built on shared risk and reward. While we work hard to provide consistent variety and quality, weather, pests, or other natural conditions may affect availability.

Some weeks may have heavier produce, others lighter — but we commit that your share will always meet or exceed the value promised.
6. Payment & Renewals

Payment is required at the start of the season (unless a payment plan has been arranged).

CSA memberships do not automatically renew. You’ll be notified when sign-ups for the next season open.
7. Communication

Members will receive regular email/text updates about weekly box contents, pickup details, and farm news.

It is the member’s responsibility to keep contact information up to date.
8. Liability
By participating in our CSA, members acknowledge the inherent risks of farming and food production. Pasture&Plow is not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters).
